Councillors disagree on how elephants should be transported to California sanctuary

Coun. Glenn De Baeremaeker says the elephants at the Toronto Zoo should be sent to a California sanctuary by a Canadian Air Force plane. Fellow councillor Gloria Lindsay-Luby disagrees with that idea.
