Patricia Hung, the mother of murdered teen Stefanie Rengel, 14, gives her first televised interview about her daughter’s fatal stabbing by a teenage boy who acted out his girlfriend’s wishes in 2008.
Hung who has been a Toronto police officer for 14 years is now part of a new police strategy to help victims of crime, telling officers what it’s like to be on the other side of the badge.
